He added: ”Any account definitively used by him will be banned immediately upon identification.”
At one point, Steinkamp declared himself LoL’s ”most toxic player.”

In November 2017, he hosted an online LoL tournament called the Tyler1 Championship Series (TCS). Famous streamers participated in the tournament, including Marcus “Dyrus” Hill, William “scarra” Li, and Michael “Imaqtpie” Santana. The tournament peaked around 200,000 concurrent viewers on Twitch. The winning team was awarded $10k, entirely funded by Steinkamp.
Tyler was unbanned on LoL on January 4, 2018.

In the first stream (January 8), his Twitch channel peaked a viewer count of 386,000. It broke the previous record set by T1’s Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok in 2017. The stream lasted around 11 hours.
On January 31, 2018, Tyler’s Twitch channel already had 30,000 subs on Twitch.
In November 2018, Steinkamp hosted his League of Legends tournament for the second time. It had a prize pool of $50,000. ”Thank you, everyone who was a part of this, including the community casters, behind the scenes guys, and all the players,” Steinkamp wrote on Twitter.

In March 2023, the couple revealed they had experienced a heartbreaking loss. Macaiyla had been diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy, a condition where the fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, often in a fallopian tube. This led to them losing their unborn child.
