David Bromstad doesn’t have a twin brother. But David is the youngest of four children. He has an older brother, Dean Richard Bromstad, and two older sisters: Dynelle Renee Bromstad and Dyonne Rachael Bromstad.
The reason for the rumour that David Bromstad has a twin brother is that he and his older brother bear such a strong resemblance to him that many fans assume they’re twins. The two share similar facial structure, smile, and overall build. David and Dean also have nearly identical eye shapes.
In a 2015 Facebook post, Bromstad thanked his brother for supplying a “sweet corn in my Minnesota corn fed life.”
His sisters have appeared alongside him on HGTV’s My Lottery Dream Home: Holiday Extravaganza.
“I don’t think I’ve ever said this in my entire career, but I do believe this is the best thing I’ve ever been a part of,” Bromstand said about collaborating with his siters on collaborated on My Lottery Dream Home: Holiday Extravaganza. “Probably because I had the most amazing team—and part of the team was my amazing sisters! They are such a huge part of my life.”
Bromstad and one of his sisters co-founded a design company called Dragonfly Designs.

His father is Richard Harold David Bromstad, and his mother is Diane Marlys Bromstad (née Krueger).

Richard is of Norwegian descent, while Diane is of Swedish and German descent.
“My mom’s favorite thing is chocolate chip cookies, so I had to honor her with a few hundred handmade by me,” David posted a sweet message via Facebook on Mother’s Day. “Happy Mother’s Day momma!! Love u so much.”
Not much is publicly available on what David’s father did for a living.
