In 2000, she appeared as Roxie in the family comedy — The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas.
Another important role in Alex’s career was the role of Stefania Fogagnolo in Everybody Loves Raymond. Her performance earned American Comedy Award and ALMA Award nominations.
“That role was one of the best experiences for me,” Alex confessed about her role as Stefania. “This was the number one show on television!”

In 2016, she inked with Untitled Entertainment for representation in all areas.
In 2021, Meneses joined The CW drama Walker in a recurring role as Adriana, a published author and successful psychiatrist.
“I loved it because Adriana is a very well-educated woman,” Alex stated at the time. “She’s a wealthy woman.”
Meneses has served on the Board of Trustees at Children’s Hospital of LA.
