Bandman Kevo Net Worth $8 Million

What Is Bandman Kevo’s Net Worth?

Bandman Kevo is a well-known rapper from Chicago who has a net worth of $8 million. The hip-hop artist rose to fame when his first single, ‘How We Do It’ featuring Jneal was released, receiving an excited response from fans.

Whilst his rapping skills are what initially placed him into the public eye, he has also built a lucrative fans-based business called Kevofans.

This site offers motivational posts for fans facing challenging times and allows them to work with him personally.

The Origin Story

Forever with his eyes on the final prize, he dropped out of high school in the 10th grade.

Bandman Kevo – whose real name is Kevin Ford – claimed he wasn’t learning anything that would make him rich, so he ditched school and followed his rapping dreams.

After rapping since he was 17, he started to make a name for himself in Chicago, Illinois and signed with Universal Records.

What started as something he did as a passion project soon turned into a viable career, and he released his first single, ‘How We Do It,’ showcasing his freestyle skills.

He later released the smash hit song ‘All foreign,’ which went down very well with fans.

Reeling from its success, he went on to make ‘Who is Dat?’ which has pulled in over 1 million views on YouTube.

It was expertly filmed by DGainz Beats and features Bandman’s unique style.

Baller In Me

After only a few months, he announced his new hit ‘Baller In Me,’ which smashed the 1 million view mark on YouTube.

The success was set to continue when, in October 2019, the release of ‘Tor Browser’ sent fans into a frenzy, again quickly gaining over 1 million views.

Not stopping there, ‘Uber’ came out just a month later and surpassed the views of all his other songs.

Bandman Kevo has previously claimed in interviews that he is mostly interested in making a name for himself and finding fame, more so than the money.

This way of thinking was developed even further during his stint in prison, and he returned with a fresh mindset on what he wanted to do.

It was this that led him to set up his site Kevofans which, as the name suggests, is dedicated to his fans.

He has made a name for himself as a social media influencer and motivational speaker.

Through this, he has amassed a large following and helps people on a one-to-one basis get through difficult times in their lives.

This is largely inspired by his experience of enduring a tough childhood and the journey he’s taken to turn that around into something more positive.

On his Instagram, he regularly posts videos and quotes intending to inspire those who follow him.

One of his favored quotes encourages fans to adopt a millionaire mindset, claiming that by surrounding yourself with those doing well financially, you too can achieve your goals and build a successful future.

Birthday

He was born on the 16th of February 1990 in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

This makes him an Aquarius, the air sign that is often known for being nonconformist and eccentric.

Height

He stands at 5ft and 7 inches.

Personal Image

Perhaps owing to his Aquarian personality traits, personal image is very important to Bandman Kevo.

Of course, as a rapper, your look is also your brand, and his social media pages are filled with his unique fashion sense.

Not forgetting jewelry, his photos are lavished with bejeweled chains and impressive knuckle dusters.

He is not afraid of spending his hard-earned cash to look good and reportedly spent $300,000 in one month on clothes to freshen up his image.

This would be trivial if he had no one to see it, so he spent nearly $200,000 on promotional services too.

The trouble with the Law

Dropping out of high school with no qualifications, Kevin found other ways of making money.

He forged a high school diploma to find a job but soon decided he didn’t want to work that hard for so little money.

With this mindset, he turned to credit card cracking.

He was later arrested by police on suspicion of fraud and sentenced to 22 months in prison.

He then added another 8 months to his sentence after being caught with a phone. Kevin and the other 28 arrested were accused of attempting to steal $639,000 in a bank fraud scheme.

In an interview, he described his time in prison as a chance for self-improvement.

He maintained his fitness and used the time away to keep up on the business side of the music industry.

This is probably what sparked his later interest in helping to inspire others to work on themselves.

Despite his efforts to make a name for himself and forge a new narrative away from gang crime, Kevin was arrested for gun possession and assault only two years after being released.

The incident happened during a routine stop and search by police but ended in a high-speed chase.

The charges were dropped shortly after.
