“I’m so happy for my whole team, I finally delivered for them,” the British driver revealed. “It’s been a long time coming, but finally I’ve managed to do it.”
At the end of the 2024 season. he was runner-up in the Formula One World Drivers’ Championship with McLaren.
“Congratulations to Max [Verstappen],” Lando said. “What he did this year was incredible.”
His first win of the 2025 season was at the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne (March 16, 2025).
