What is Lee and Tiffany Lakosky’s net worth?
Lee and Tiffany Lakosky are the charismatic hosts of the Outdoor Channel’s hit shows, Gettin’ Close and Crush with Lee and Tiffany and have a combined net worth of $1 million.
The pair rose to fame thanks to their engaging personalities, intriguing hunting content, and their ability to hunt some of the biggest animals in the US.
Their most recent offering to mainstream media is edgy, fun, and exciting, and—although killing animals isn’t everyone’s idea of entertainment—the couple has built a massive following.
“We can’t go to sports events without being recognized. We need security guards,” explains Tiffany.
Here’s what we know about the couple who are killin’ it at killin’ stuff.
The Origin Story
Lee Lakosky and Tiffany Profant were born and raised in the Twin Cities.
The Columbia Heights, Minnesota locals could both see downtown Minneapolis-St. Paul from their front doorsteps.
Tiffany came from a smaller family and grew up with one brother, while Lee had five sisters.
One of those sisters was friends with Tiffany, and so the pair were always aware of each other.
Lee, however, was 9 years older than Tiffany, and it wasn’t until their time at university overlapped that the pair went on their first date.
While Lee grew up hunting with his family, Tiffany wasn’t bitten by the hunting bug until after she started dating him.
She grew up fishing and was always an avid fan of the outdoors in Northern Minnesota.
First Comes Love, Then Comes Marriage…
Lee and Tiffany dated for five years before the hunting fanatic got down on one knee in a food plot in Iowa.
The pair welcomed their first baby, a boy named Cameron Lee Lakosky, on 26th March 2015.
Their daughter, Raygen Joan Lakosky, followed several years later…along with a whole team of Labrador Retrievers led by Tanker and Mattie May.
Following the birth of the couple’s daughter, Raygen, Tiffany was diagnosed with carcinosarcoma.
The rare—but highly treatable—uterine cancer saw Tiffany endure a summer of chemotherapy and aggressive treatment. She has been cancer-free since then.

The Birth Of A Dream
While the couple may have had a big heart for the outdoors lifestyle, they also had bills to pay.
Starting out, Lee worked at Bwana Archery in Little Canada, where Tiffany would visit him and pass a little time. Eventually, Lee invited her out hunting, and from the first time she shot a deer with her bow and arrow—she was hooked.
Sadly, a tragic turn of events would see Tiffany lose her dad when he was just 47 years old.
This was followed by Tiffany’s mom battling breast cancer. While the couple was both working in the corporate world—Tiffany as a Northwest Airlines flight attendant and Lee as a Koch Industries chemical engineer—they wanted more from life.
More for the couple meant following their dreams and not putting off the life they wanted for “tomorrow.”
Lee quit his job, and the couple got married and moved to an Iowa farm in 2003. There, Lee studied the habits of whitetail deer, and the pair hunted whenever they could.

A New Beginning
Life in Iowa gradually grew to include Lee filming Tiffany on hunts for fun.
He’d written for outdoor magazines in college and had some connections to outdoor product brands, and that—combined with the fact his new wife was easy on the eyes—made for some engaging viewing.
So much so that a few weeks after they’d started filming, Scent-Lok clothing got in touch.
The brand asked if they’d be interested in being on TV.
The show would eventually air as Gettin’ Close with Lee and Tiffany, and it would become the #1 rated show for the Outdoor Channel.
Lee puts the show’s successes down to three factors:
- He wants every show to be perfect—“good enough” is not good enough for his viewers.
- Passion—says Lee, “I’m just nuts about it. We get (deer) footage no one else gets.”
- His wife—“People have just taken to her. We really hit on a tone that no one else has hit on.”
Not long after, Tiffany quit her job as a flight attendant to work with her hubby, Lee, full-time.
Their lifestyle allows them to hunt for 6 months of the year and manage their farm and production company from their farm.
They also attend sports shows and get paid to endorse hunting products.
Lee explains that he and his wife aren’t trying to pretend they are pro-hunters. “We’re just a couple of rednecks from Iowa, having a good time.”
