Taylor Nicole Earnhardt Net Worth 2024 | Husband

What is Taylor Nicole Earnhardt’s net worth? Also, learn about Taylor Earnhardt’s family.

Introduction

Taylor Earnhardt is a professional rodeo competitor, a student of equine business, training, and reproduction, and the daughter of seven-time NASCAR champion and racing icon, Dale Earnhardt.

More than just an heiress to a racing dynasty, Taylor Nicole is building her own reputation as a philanthropist, daredevil, and business mind in her own right.

Here’s what we know.

The Origin Story

Taylor Nicole Earnhardt was born on 20th December 1988 in Mooresville, North Carolina.

Raised on her parents’ 300-plus acre farm, she was the only child of Teresa and Dale Earnhardt.

Her mom, Teresa, is the widow—and the third wife—of NASCAR legend Dale, and the CEO of Dale Earnhardt, Inc. Among other endeavors, DEI operates a showroom of the late, great racing pro’s memorabilia.

Teresa met Dale at a race in the ’70s, and the pair married more than a decade later.

Dale—who was born Ralph Dale Earnhardt Senior—was a pro racer and team owner from 1975 until his motor vehicle death in 2001.

Known as “The Intimidator” and “Ironhead,” his place has been solidified as one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR history. He was part of a racing dynasty, the son of Ralph Earnhardt.

Dale won a whopping 76 Winston Cup races over 40 years, including four Winston 500s and first place in the Daytona 500 of 1998.

Taylor may come from racing stock, but she preferred a slower kind of adrenaline rush—even from an early age.

As a child, she spent a lot of time around the stables of her parents’ sprawling farm and learned to ride horses fast.

She had her father’s competitive spirit, so her love of horses also grew to a love of racing, and eventually, to the adrenaline rush of the rodeo.

Taylor honed her skills as a rodeo competitor and eventually became the 2015 All-Around Cowgirl at the Southern Rodeo Association.

Taylor has three half-siblings: brothers Kerry and Dale, Jr., and sister Kelley.

Taylor Nicole’s brother Dale Earnhardt Jr. is a retired NASCAR driver who now works as a broadcaster for NBC Sports. He is also the co-owner of Hendrick Motorsports.

A Career Full Of Highs

Taylor won top honors as Junior Southern Rodeo Association (JSRA) champion and National Barrel Horse Association (NBHA) champion in the same year, confirming what the world knew—this girl was one to watch.

She also took out the NBHA South Carolina District champion title, the All-Around champion title, and multiple other titles.

Shrugging off comparisons to her iconic father, Taylor joked: “My whole family likes going fast. They run on 800 horsepower—I run on one.”

Her success in the equestrian world has come down to—in her words—respect for mother nature and those around you.

Common Ground

On the 26th of May 2012, Taylor Nicole married her long-time love, Brandon Samuel Putnam.

The pair, who found common ground as professional rodeo competitors, tied the knot on a piece of ground that was extremely dear to Taylor’s heart—her parents’ Mooresville ranch.

Putnam, who runs a trucking company in North Carolina when he’s not hitting the rodeo circuit, has a degree in Fire Science from Piedmont Community College.

The pair’s wedding was designed by David Tutera and took place at night, in a lakeside arbor.

Taylor was escorted to the venue by horse-drawn carriage—the very same horse-drawn carriage that her father gave her when she was a child.

The newlyweds were then whisked to their reception in one of her late father’s vintage cars.

And Baby Makes Three!

On 12th July 2020, the latest addition to NASCAR royalty arrived in Mooresville, North Carolina.

Taylor—now going by the double-barrelled surname, Earnhardt-Putnam—and her husband welcomed Sage Nicole Putnam to the world.

Sage, a little girl, weighing in at 6 lbs 11 oz, took a long time to make her appearance, according to Taylor. “Labor and delivery was a long process but worth every painful moment.”

Taylor sings the praises of motherhood, explaining that she’s always loved all creatures—big and small—but that being a mom is a totally different experience. “This is like nothing I’ve ever imagined,” she admits.
