He was born on July 7, 1987, in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, USA, as Steven Blake Crowder.

His mother (Francine Crowder) is French-Canadian, while his father is American.

He has a brother named Jordan Crowder.

On June 2, 2006, Crowder started his YouTube channel. Also in 2006, Steven had a small role in ”The Covenant,” a supernatural horror film that earned over $39 million at the box office. The film starred Toby Hemingway, Steven Strait, Jessica Lucas, Taylor Kitsch, Laura Ramsey, and Sebastian Stan.
