Vicente Saavedra Net Worth $1.5 Million

What Is Vicente Saavedra’s Net Worth?

Vicente Saavedra is a Puerto Rican entrepreneur and talent manager based out of Latin America who has a net worth of $1.5 million. He is most notable for launching the successful career of Ozuna, a Puerto Rican reggaeton singer, in 2015.

Due to his success, he was named one of Billboard Magazine’s 40 Under 40.

Vicente Saavedra was born on October 8, 1982, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and was raised by his mother and father.

There is not a lot of public information about his family as he is not required to be in the spotlight and, as such, is not known widely by the public.

Saavedra started his career as a record producer for the record labels Buddha’s Family and White Lion Records.

It wasn’t until 2016 that he came to prominence, following the success of his first client, Ozuna.

It has not been made clear how the two met, but when Saavedra met Ozuna, it was centered around working as his talent agent as he was an aspiring and talented musician.

Following months of deliberation, Saavedra decided to become his agent and began promoting Ozuna in the music industry.

In 2012, Ozuna was ready to release his first single, “Imaginando.” Saavedra knew this would be a big hit, so the two decided together to release this single as his first.

Before the two met, Ozuna worked with Musicologo & Menes, but the business relationship did not last as he wasn’t seeing any traction.

Following the release of this first single, Saavedra began negotiations with Golden Family Records to have Ozuna singed to them.

Following one year of negotiations and the apparent success of Ozuna, the record label decided to sign him.

This would be the most significant success of Saavedra’s career thus far and put his name on the radar as a top talent agent.

When the contract was finalized, Saavedra coordinated to have Ozuna upload all his videos to YouTube to help promote his music on an international scale.

This was a strategic move as it helped bring in more listeners, which propelled his popularity as an up-and-coming musician.

The following year, the duo focused on gaining a following by performing more than 300 shows in Puerto Rico.

Considering how small the island is, 300 shows in one year represented how successful he was becoming.

Saavedra worked tirelessly to promote his client and even began promoting him outside of Peurto Rico.

Due largely to Saavedra’s vigorous promotion, Ozuna began to experience a lot more fame.

He released another single, “Si Tu Marido No Te Quiere,” which turned out to be a massive hit.

During that same year, Saavedra booked his client for shows across the island, which were all sold out.

His fans’ response was so overwhelming that they moved forward with booking him with shows across South America.

During this same year, Saavedra strategically focused on radio hits to build a following across South America for Ozuna.

In early 2016, Ozuna released the hit single “La Ocasión.” This was a massive win for Saavedra and Ozuna.

While Saavedra was impressed with his growing success, he needed to find a way to build him to a higher level of prominence.

In September 2016, he released his most popular single, “Dile Que Tu Me Quieres.” The hit single peaked at No. 22 on the Billboard Latin chart by the end of that year.

Between 2016 and 2018, Saavedra continued to promote all new singles and albums Ozuna released and most of which were successful.

On August 24, 2018, he released his second studio album “Aura.” It went on to peak at No. 7 on the US Billboard 200.

This was the most significant success as it features collaborations with Akon, Romeo Santos, Cardi B, Anuel AA, and Nicky Jam.

Saavedra knew this album would need to have a global tour, so he had Ozuna start the Aura Tour on July 26, 2018, in Madrid, Spain. The North American tour commenced on September 7 in Atlanta, GA.

This was the most successful album Ozuna released, and due to its success, it also prompted the success of Saavedra.

Saavedra quickly became recognized in the entertainment space outside of Puerto Rico and started working with many more prominent singers.

He’s still working with Ozuna, specializing in promoting his new singles and albums, and helps coordinate his national and international tours.
