Biography
He was born on August 18, 1972, in Hollywood, Florida, USA, as Andrew Steven Wilkow.
Wilkow was raised in the Long Island town of Bellmore, New York.
In 1990, Wilkow became a college DJ at 640-AM WDTU at S.U.N.Y. Delhi in New York.
In 1996, he earned a degree in Communications from the University of Florida. While attending the University of Florida, Andrew was a member of the Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity.
In early 2001, he was hired to be the mid-day DJ at Radio 104 WMRQ. In addition, he worked as a DJ at WCLG-FM in Morgantown, West Virginia. He called his experience at WCLG as his ”master’s degree.” Later, he became a regular Sunday morning host at WABC.
Starting in October 2003, Wilkow worked the 5-7 p.m. shift on WGY.
In May 2005, he moved to the 9-11:40 a.m. slot.
In June 2006, he started a new position as the host of a talk show (The Wilkow Majority) on Sirius Satellite Radio. He also left both WABC and WGY.
He returned to the airwaves of WABC on August 23, 2006.
”The Wilkow Majority and SIRIUS are a real force in the arena of political analysis, and we’re writing the playbook for a whole new game,” Andrew said in 2008.
In 2014, he performed in the drama film ”Atlas Shrugged: Who Is John Galt?”
In 2016, Andrew appeared as himself in ”Attack of Life: The Bang Tango Movie,” a documentary film about Bang Tango — a hard rock band formed in 1988 in LA by Kyle Kyle and Mark Knight.

Andrew Wilkow married Brittany in July 2007.
She is the daughter of Phil Boyce, the VP/Dir of Spoken Word for Salem Communications.
Boyce also served as the program director for Talk Radio Network, Vice President of news/talk programming for ABC Radio, and program director for NewsTalkRadio WABC in NYC.
