What is Clarissa Molina’s net worth?
Clarissa Molina is a 5 feet and 9 inches model beauty who has a net worth of $1 million. She has a successful history of merging beauty and brains, perhaps best exemplified by the culmination of her career from pageantry to entertainment TV reporting.
Her life hasn’t always been glamorous.
In fact, she had a somewhat rocky beginning that makes her triumphs that much greater.
Born on September 23, 1991, Molina is a Libra and a 90s baby – meaning she made it just under the wire of the internet generation.
She was born in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, to Domingo Molina and Clara Contreras.
She has two siblings, Vladimir Molina and Robín Molina.
“I thank [my parents] because [they instilled] in me the values to be a great woman and professional,” Clarissa said in 2022.
Unfortunately, Clarissa’s parents decided to separate when she was eleven.
Instead of her and her siblings going with one parent or traveling back and forth, both parents moved to New York, leaving the children in the Dominican Republic with a relative.
It wasn’t until Clarissa was 15 that she and her siblings moved to New Jersey to live with an uncle.
Before she embarked on the modeling career she is well known for today, Molina actually worked in the dental industry with some of her mother’s relatives.
In an interview with Hola!, she admitted, “Before Nuestra Belleza Latina, I worked in one dental office.”
Indeed, she found her way!
Modeling Career Timeline
In 2012, Molina competed in the Miss Tourism International competition and won.
That same year, she was the first runner-up in the Miss Dominican Republic US competition.
In 2013, she won Miss Latina New Jersey USA.
Though she did well in these early competitions, Clarissa is better known for her time in the Nuestra Belleza Latina beauty pageant in 2014 (aired as the 2015 season).
She placed 3rd, losing first place to Francisca Lachapel (also from the Dominican Republic).
In 2015, she won the Miss Dominican Republic pageant and competed on behalf of the Dominican Republic in the 2015 Miss Universe competition.
Winning Miss Dominican Republic gave Clarissa enough fame that she was invited back to Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2016 for the all-star season.
Her second time around, she won!
