In 2005, Laurie released the book ”The Best Is Yet to Come: Faith for Today, Hope for the Future.” Greg said that the book ”is a look at the importance of focusing on what really matters in life and holding the course of following Jesus Christ.”
Also in 2005, Greg appeared in the documentaries ”Livin It: Unusual Suspects” and ”Prophecies of the Passion.”
In 2011, he published the book ”Signs of the Times: Greatly Expanded and Revised!” In the same year, he spoke to more than 50,000 people at a Harvest Crusade that was held in LA’s Dodger Stadium.
On January 20, 2016, Laurie published ”Tell Someone: You Can Share the Good News.” In the book, Greg tells stories of his own failure and success.
In 2017, Harvest joined the Southern Baptist Convention.
In 2018, Laurie had to take down several billboards depicting him holding a Bible. The billboards had been posted at a mall in Southern California.

Children
The couple has two sons, Jonathan and Christopher.
Christopher passed away in July 2008. He was killed in a car accident. Christopher was 33 years old. He served as the art director at the Harvest Christian Fellowship for the last three years.

Greg and his wife also have five grandchildren.
