StoneMountain64 Net Worth $1.5 Million

What is StoneMountain64’s net worth?

Stonemountain64—or David Steinberg—is an American (Facebook) gaming streamer, YouTube content creator, and co-founder of Pipeline.gg, who has a net worth of $1.5 million.

David was born on May 22, 1992 (Gemini), and grew up in Southern California, where he attended Corona del Mar High School and later graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor in Economics, from California State University-Fullerton, in 2014.

After that, he moved to Washington State to work in the investment management industry but decided to quit after a relatively short period of time in order to pursue a career as a full-time YouTube content creator.

The name StoneMountain64 is his last name ‘Steinberg’—which means ‘Stone Mountain’ in German—and a 64, because the first console he ever got was a Nintendo 64.

Wife

Stonemountain64 got married to his wife Erica in 2016. They are still together. Their first child was born on the 10th of June 2020.

On the 16th of June, he tweeted: “Good news, I just unlocked sleight of hand on diaper changes.”

His little girl regularly makes an appearance on his channel and social media.

On the 24th of May 2017, he uploaded a Q&A with his wife to celebrate hitting 1,000,000 subscribers on YouTube.

In the video, the two explain that they met on ‘move-in day’ in college when they lived next door to one another.

Balancing the gaming lifestyle with having a family is something, he amidst, that has been a learning experience.

His wife explains that she does not play video games and is not really interested in them.

Connect and play

David has stated in interviews that he has been obsessed with games and gaming for as long as he can remember, but has never had the desire to become a professional gamer.

In an interview with Tubefilter, he stated: “One of the most significant moments for me and gaming was playing Halo 2 on Xbox Live, and being able to connect and play with friends and an online community even if they didn’t live nearby.”

Clearly, David was more interested in the social aspect of gaming, than in winning every single game.

He uploaded his first video on YouTube in 2011 and has been uploading content ever since.

His first video showcased his gameplay in Call of Duty: Black Ops and was called “The Start of Something Beautiful.”

He has, since then, never gone without posting content for more than seven days.

Essentially, he is a ‘shoutcaster,’ but he also uploads other types of videos that are often comedic in nature.

In October of 2013, one of his videos went viral via Reddit, where a user posted: “This guy plays BF3 while doing live-action commentary like it’s an actual war, it’s amazing.”

The post even reached the front page of the gaming subreddit, and eventually Reddit as a whole.

In the week after this, StoneMountain64 gained almost 50,000 subscribers.

Nowadays he spends most of his time creating gaming content for a 3+ million audience and flying around the world attending and competing in events and charities, and providing feedback and consulting on games.
