Xavier Lewis was born on August 24, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia, at Grady Memorial Hospital.

His parents are Rosa Lewis and Alex Crittle.

He was raised in the Perry Homes district of West Atlanta before his family moved across to Glenwood Road—right at the heart of Zone 6.

Lewis was born with talent and work ethic in his blood—he is the nephew of iconic writer Titus Turner, the cousin of another writing great, Sean Garrett, and God brother of JID.

Xavier’s parents were close friends of Whitney and Bobby Brown, so he was meeting up-and-coming entertainers and artists even at a very young age.

By the time he was 12 years old, Lewis had already learned the art of networking—he often threw parties and promoted events for his high school.

Lewis also showed an affinity for bringing talents together—he was an athlete, a dancer, and a skater, and moved confidently between his different passions.

As an athlete, Xavier—who often went by the nickname Toosweet (and later Two) in his sporting career—played football, baseball, and basketball, and ran track.

He took out the top spot in the Pop Warner championship twice and even won scholarship offers in football and track before he headed to Florida State University.

His popularity in school also opened up other avenues for the young and charismatic Xavier. He and his cousin Rara—who rapped under the name Young Capone—launched their first label, Mpg, while they were still in high school.

Mpg was Xavier’s first foray into talent management—and it would become the launching pad for artists like Tracy T, Mike DaRockman, and Rara, who eventually signed to Rocnation.

The Birth of an Empire

When high school was over, Lewis headed to Florida State University and then Georgia Institute of Technology, with a brief stint at Kyungpook National University in Korea.

On his return from Daegu, Korea, Lewis went in on a new talent management agency with two of his cousins.

The trio launched Art District Music Group, building a studio, and signing several artists.

They also launched several clothing lines—including the ultra-popular Dealers in Paris and High-End Heartless.

Lewis had built connections with some big names in the music industry to this point.

One of those was SoSo Def’s head of A&R, Skeeter Rock. Another was Nitti Beatz, the CEO of Playmaker Music.

Both acted as mentors to the young and motivated Lewis, teaching him how to work with budgets and understand marketing—this was Skeeter—and how to run a label, maintain a presence, and balance scheduling—this was Nitti.

Wife

Xavier Two Lewis may have been on a stellar trajectory already, but the business-minded talent manager was willing to make time in his crazy schedule when he locked eyes with the elegant and talented Naturi Naughton.

Naughton is most famous for being part of the Millennial R&B group, 3LW, for starring in Notorious as rapper Lil’ Kim, and most recently for her role as Jill ‘Da Thrill’ on the hit ABC show, Queens.

The pair met in the spring of 2019 through actor—and Naturi’s costar—Omari Hardwick.

From this point on, the entrepreneur and the angel-voiced singer and actress were inseparable.

In April of 2022, the loved-up couple tied the knot at the St Regis Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta.

They had a staggering 200 guests in attendance, with a guest list that included former MTV VJ and reality host LaLa Anthony, RHOA alum Shamea Morton, and Angela Yee.

Those weren’t the only big names in attendance, with R&B icon Montell Jordan officiating the couple’s ceremony and Tevin Campbell playing a selection of his hits at the reception.
