Does Paul Walker have a twin brother? Is Paul Walker a twin or triplet?
Introduction
Back in the early 2000s, just as the world wide web was taking off, and Nokia and Motorola cell phones were dominating the market, a little-known movie about street racing starring Vin Diesel and a young up-and-coming actor named Paul Walker, called the Fast and the Furious was released.
The movie, which many predicted would tank, turned out to be one of 2001’s most successful films and was the catalyst needed to spawn one of Hollywood’s most financially lucrative franchises, with numerous sequels, a spin-off, an animated series, video games, merchandise, toys, RC cars, soundtracks, video games, and countless other forms of merchandise along the way.
While many consider the ‘Fast and Furious’ saga to have well and truly jumped the shark, the movies still do big numbers and helped elevate the careers of those involved.
Sadly, just as Paul Walker’s stock was rising and he was in very high demand in Hollywood, tragedy struck, and he sadly passed away following a tragic road accident.
Paul may be gone, but his legacy lives on, not only in the ‘Fast and Furious’ franchise but also through his brothers too.
But, does Paul Walker have a twin brother?
Who was Paul Walker?
Paul William Walker IV was born on the 12th of September, 1973.
He sadly passed away in the prime of his career, and indeed his life, on November 30th, 2013, when he was just 40 years of age.
Paul was in the entertainment industry for nearly all of his life, as he got into performing from a young age.
He was a child actor in the 1980s, though obviously, he was largely undiscovered at this point.
His big break, however, came the following decade in the 90s, when he was cast in the TV soap The Young and the Restless.
His role in this solidified his status as a teen heartthrob, and he was subsequently cast in the teen comedy She’s All That, of which he received critical acclaim for his performance, as well as for his role in Varsity Blues in 1999.
The Fast and Furious family
By the turn of the new millennium, Paul Walker was now an accomplished actor, though he was certainly not considered to be a megastar.
All that changed in 2001, however, when he was cast in a movie directed by Rob Cohen, about illegal street racing, called The Fast and The Furious.
In the movie, Walker played an undercover LAPD cop called Brian O’Conner, who is tasked with infiltrating a gang of illegal street racers who also happen to be organized criminals led by Dominic Toretto, played by Vin Diesel.
Walker’s character goes undercover, infiltrates the gang, and forms a bond with Dom and the other members, while also becoming romantically involved with Dom’s sister.
Brian finds his loyalty tested when he sees why the gang do what they do, and he finds himself torn before eventually turning his back on his career and LAPD family to join Dom’s gang.
The movie was supposed to be just another summer action movie but instead proved to be a huge financial success, proving hugely popular with young audiences and so-called ‘piston heads.’
While critics were less impressed, slamming the film’s corny plotlines and cheesy dialogue, as it made so much money a sequel was ordered.
Vin Diesel didn’t appear in the next two sequels (barring a quick cameo in Tokyo Drift), but he did appear in the fourth installment.
His return boosted the popularity slightly, though not hugely.
Now fans were turning on the movie as it was less about cars and more about contrived heist plotlines.
For the fifth movie, however, they brought in Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson as DSS agent Luke Hobbs.
Fans and critics loved seeing The bigger, stronger, and more physically imposing Dwayne Johnson square off against Vin Diesel, and ‘Fast Five’ proved to be a huge hit.
As the years ticked by, stars such as John Cena and Jason Statham were brought in, along with Dame Helen Mirren of all people, and although the storylines got more and more unbelievable, fans still loved seeing the bond between Dom and Brian, and the rest of the ‘family.’
Death
After appearing in the first Fast and Furious movie, Walker became a global movie star.
He appeared in numerous other roles, though it was his role as Brian O’Conner, that he would always be remembered for.
He appeared in a few bigger hits, though he mainly appeared in straight-to-DVD action movies with a low budget.
In November 2013, after leaving a charity event he had organized for victims of Typhoon Haiyan, Paul Walker, while sitting as a passenger in his friend’s Porsche, sadly died after the car lost control and crashed into a lamppost.
The car, driven by his friend Roger Rodas, lost control, with Rodas reportedly driving between 80mph and 93mph in a 45mph zone.
The car crashed into a lamppost, hit two trees, and caught fire. Both men sadly died from their injuries.
Walker was in the middle of filming Furious 7, and filming had to be put on hold.
The movie did however, feature scenes paying tribute to Walker, with Paul’s younger brothers Cody and Caleb Walker playing their brother.

Does Paul Walker have a Twin Brother?
Because his younger brothers played him in a few scenes in the 7th Fast and Furious movie, many people have asked whether they were, in fact, his twin brothers. Paul Walker had two younger brothers named Caleb Walker and Cody Walker. He did NOT, however, have a twin brother.
Cody was born in 1988, whereas Caleb was born in 1977.
Both Cody and Caleb helped Universal Pictures to complete the final scenes for their brother Paul’s character Brian O’Conner, in Furious 7.
Despite looking so much alike, the Walker brothers are NOT twins.
