Biography
He was born on May 15, 1963, in Singapore, to an Indian Sikh religious leader father and a Chinese mother.
Joseph spent his primary school years in Perak, Malaysia. Later, Prince studied at Commonwealth Secondary School.
New Creation Church
New Creation Church was founded in 1983 by Joseph Prince, Jack Ho, David Yeow, and Henry Yeo. It is a member of the National Council of Churches of Singapore and a non-denominational Christian church.
In 1990, Joseph was appointed as senior pastor of New Creation Church.
In 1997, the church numbered around 2,000 members.
Under his leadership, the New Creation Church congregation grew to over 34,000 attendees in 2020.
He also has a TV program, named – ”Destined to Reign,” which is broadcasted in over 150 countries.
New Creation Church raised over $15 million in a single day in August 2010.
In 2016, New Creation Church announced that it fully paid $366 million for its 5,000-seat Star Performing Arts Centre.
In 2014, Joseph Prince Ministries founded Grace Revolution Church in Dallas, Texas.
In 2017, the ministry launched a digital magazine and online channel with inspirational articles and bite-sized videos, named – ”Decibel.”
On November 29, 2019, Christian Post reported that New Creation megachurch bought a mall for $217 million from CapitaLand Limited, one of Asia’s largest diversified real estate groups.
On January 5, 2020, Prince revealed that 2020 is the year of ”Time And Space.”

Prince was invited to preach at the Grace & Favour Seminar at Hillsong Church, a Christian megachurch originating from Sydney. The leader of the Manhattan branch of the Hillsong Church is Carl Lentz.
