Biography

She was born on March 24, 1982, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Nivea and her two older sisters grew up in Savannah. She had a troubled childhood due to the use of drugs by her parents.

“I come from an addicted family, both of my parents were on crack. My mom got off and my dad struggled over the years, and recently, over the past year, went to rehab, but that was the last 30 years of my life.”

Hamilton went on to say:

“The struggle is real. I was real caught up with the cocaine situation. It was pretty bad. I pulled myself up out of it though.”

In 2001, she debuted in the music industry on Mystikal’s #1 hit titled – “Danger (Been So Long).”

According to law enforcement sources, Hamilton was on the road around 1:30 AM when she plowed her car right into a tree that had fallen into the road during a recent storm. She told police she only had three drinks earlier in the evening.
