Patrick Schwarzenegger is related to Arnold Schwarzenegger. Patrick Schwarzenegger is the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver. Shriver is a journalist and the niece of former US President John F. Kennedy.

He was born on September 18, 1993, in Santa Monica, California. Patrick has a younger brother, Christopher, and two older sisters, Christina and Katherine. He also has a younger paternal half-brother, Joseph Baena.

Acting debut
In 2006, Patrick began his acting career as an extra in The Benchwarmers.
“Going to set with my dad, that’s where my first love for acting came from,” he revealed. “He would always pull me out of school early. I would get to go to Universal Studios. I would sit there all day and just be fascinated with everything about film.”
In 2013, he appeared in the music video for the song Ariana Grande Feat. Big Sean: Right There.
Fiancée
In 2015, Patrick Schwarzenegger began dating fashion model Abby Champion. She debuted at Bottega Veneta’s S/S 2018 fashion show.
In December 2023, the pair announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post.
“I think the best part about having her by my side is that she’s always rooting for me and wanting the best for me and bringing out the best in me,” he said in an interview in 2019 about Champion.
In 2020, Schwarzenegger and his mother launched MOSH, a protein bar packed with brain-loving ingredients.
“I think it’s important to note we are not building just a protein bar company,” Patrick explained. “We trademarked The Brain Brand with the hopes of one day having a slew of product lines that support brain health, like supplements, powders, and more alongside the bars.”
In 2021, he played in the teen comedy Moxie as well as in the sci-fi Warning.
In 2024, Patrick and his mother presented their product on an episode of Shark Tank.

In February 2025, Patrick and Abby walked the red carpet at the premiere of season 3 of The White Lotus. He portrayed Saxon Ratliff in the show. In the same month, Patrick admitted it’s frustrating when people credit his success to his parents.
“It’s frustrating and you can get boxed in and you think at that moment, I wish I didn’t have my last name,” Schwarzenegger said. “But that’s a small moment. I would never trade my life with anyone.”
“You have never asked me to call a studio or to call an agent,” Arnold replied in a later interview. “You never asked me for advice when it comes to acting itself. You’re a rare breed, and I’m very, very proud of you.”

In March 2025, he joined Abby in posing for SKIMS’ Wedding Shop campaign.
Also in 2025, Schwarzenegger played in the drama Billy Knight alongside Diana Silvers, Charlie Heaton, and Al Pacino. Billy Knight was released on August 8, 2025, at the Rhode Island International Film Festival.
