He was born on October 21, 1992, in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

On January 11, 2011, his grandmother passed away due to cancer.

All three were waived by The Celtics in October 2016. Later that month, Damion signed with the Maine Red Claws. He was waived by the Red Claws in early 2017.
In August 2017, Damion inked a deal with Santa Cruz Warriors.
Represents Team USA
On February 22, 2018, Damion was added to the US national team for the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup qualification.

In July 2018, Damion was signed by the Golden State Warriors on a two-way contract.
