With the minimum age required to both stream on Twitch and compete at professional level Fortnite being 13, Bragaru and his professional esports organization said he had the minimum age when he signed with FaZe in March 2019, since his birthday on July 1, 2005, pushing him over the minimum gaming age required.
It didn’t end there, however. A report by Upcomer that was released on May 28, 2019, presented allegations claiming that H1ghsky1 was actually only 12 years old at the time of his signing, which would make him ineligible to contend at the upcoming Fortnite World Cup.
Even more, this posed new challenges for him because if this allegation were to be proven accurate, he would not meet the minimum age requirement to compete on Twitch.
Due to these allegations, in June 2019, Bragaru’s Twitch channel was banned, and five days until his age couple be proven.
Following this dispute, his Twitter would also be temporarily disabled.
Though his Twitter was disabled until further notice, it was said to be locked out and could not be visible to the public until H1ghsky1 reached 13 years old. However, his account was eventually back up despite not being 13 years old.

The unfortunate aspect of the entire situation is that it conformed to all the allegations made against the uber-successful streamer, most of which claimed that FaZe Clan illegally signed H1ghsky1 when he was only 11-years old.
Despite all of this, he still managed to make it out unscathed. It appears that no one cared about his dishonesty but rather only cared about his ability to game, which worked in his favor.
