She’s been represented by the South West modeling agency for years, and she starred in Alfredo Olivas’ music video for his hit song, Tus Lagrimas.

Ready to meet the real Jailyne Ojeda? Here’s what we know.

The Origin Story

Jailyne Ojeda Ochoa was born on January 9th, 1998, in Indio, California.

Her parents, who hail from Sinaloa, Mexico, moved to the US to provide a better life for their children, including Jailyne’s younger siblings—sister, Alexia, and brother, Johnny.

Jailyne is very close to her mom, Dulce, and she often has her mom do cameos in her videos on TikTok.

Jailyne has spoken openly about how idyllic her childhood was, and that she enjoyed her family life.

She started modeling as a kid. Adolescence was pretty tough on Jailyne, though.

The young beauty, who hit puberty long before any of her peers, was often the center of attention for young boys at her school.

Jailyne has been linked to nearly every male she ever features on her TikTok channel or Instagram—including rapper (and ex-boyfriend of Kylie Jenner) Tyga.

A TikTok featuring the famous rapper quickly went viral, but Jailyne was quick to point out to fans that she’s known Tyga for years, and he’s just a friend.

Another trending video with the A-list rapper added fuel to the flames, but this fitness model is still single, according to her socials.

Bullying And Body Shaming

Rather than enjoy the attention, Jailyne dreaded it, because it also meant she captured the ire of jealous girls.

She was bullied incessantly through middle school and high school, starting from the age of 10. Because she developed faster than other girls, she was called names and body-shamed constantly.

And it wasn’t just her fellow students that made life hard for Jailyne at school.

On the first day of middle school, Ojeda was asked by her teacher to stay behind after class.

The teacher asked her about the bullying and suggested Jailyne wear loose clothing so she wouldn’t draw attention to herself.

While she was in the meeting with her teacher, some of her bullies told her father that she was running late because she was kissing a boy.

Her father left and went home, angry at what he perceived as his daughter’s behavior. When the young Ojeda left after chatting with her teacher, she had to walk home—and was almost raped in the process.

Eventually, the attention from boys at her school drove girls to despise Jailyne, and a group of them assaulted her. Her parents removed her from the school.

The trauma Jailyne experienced as an adolescent has had some positive effects on her as an adult—and on how she manages her career and reputation.

With more than 30 million followers across Instagram and TikTok, she’s learned not to take the hate seriously.

An older, and wiser, Jailyne realizes that the hate isn’t even about her—it’s about how insecure other people can feel about themselves.

Trolls, as she’s discovered, just want to tear others down to their level—and Jailyne has risen too far to go down there with them.

A Rise To The Top

When Ojeda was starting out on Instagram, she took risks—and many of them paid off handsomely. Unlike during her teen years, the sisterhood was much more willing to help another beautiful up-and-comer most of the time.

“I messaged girls that were way bigger than me (on the platform). I’d be like, ‘I know you have more followers…I need help. Or I could pay you for a shout out.’ Some were nice (…) and they would post me.”

Not all of them were nice, but the Latina firecracker is quick to point out that her following eventually surpassed the rude girls’ accounts anyway.

Ignoring The Doubters

Jailyn Ojeda’s biggest claim to fame—and one of the reasons she has tens of millions of people checking her socials every day—is her butt.

She has often been accused of getting butt implants or using filters, but she’s assured people it’s 100% natural—even posting old pics to prove it.

Ojeda puts her looks and her figure down to bangin’ genetics, and has learned to ignore the hate that gets sent her way.

“I just pretend they don’t exist. I don’t feed into their hate.”
