Over the next ten years, Ferry’s persistence and diligence paid off, and he was giving more than 100 lectures and seminars per year in person.
He also expanded his operations from California to the whole of North America.

With the advent of home video in the early 1980s, Ferry began to offer VHS cassettes of his lectures and seminars, further broadening his appeal. He also produced training videos to be sold to brokers for the purposes of in-house training.
In 1985, Ferry created the ‘Action Workshop,’ which was a lengthy four-day seminar designed to instruct realtors on how to better sell real estate.
As the company developed, so too did it diversify. Ferry began to market more and more to senior realtors (rather than novice ones) to corner a niche of the market that nobody was exploiting.
In addition, Ferry moved with the times, ensuring that his seminars and workshops were available on CD, DVD, and, later, the internet.
