🛑 Stop scrolling, you need to hear this message! 🛑⁣ ⁣ We don’t realize it but, in so many cases we are submissive to negativity.⁣ ⁣ I know what it’s like to want more out of life, when people tell you your crazy, and when they tell you that you should be happy for what you have…⁣ ⁣ I’ve been in every level and here’s what I know. The times that I hesitated or didn’t step up is because of those little voices that were discouraging me from taking action. And even though I fought against those voices, enough lingered and it made me play smaller than I should have.⁣ ⁣ On the other hand, the times that I said to hell with that and went after the life I wanted, the closer I got to my goals.⁣ ⁣ Although I wasn’t handing them the wheel to the ship, I handed them the direction of my life because there was enough of what they said to make me question the life I desired.⁣ ⁣ Why let other people hold you back? Why are letting them steer your ship? You have one life and if I let anyone steer even 5% of my life I'd never be where I am today.⁣ ⁣ Evaluate who’s guiding your life and take control!⁣ ⁣ If you got to the end of this caption, let me know if you have ever experienced this and how you took back the control of your life? 👇

Without discipline it’s nothing but a dream…⁣ ⁣ Listen, I’m not the strongest guy, I’m surely not Mr. Olympian and there’s people in way better shape than me…⁣ ⁣ But the discipline of getting up and going to the gym on a regular basis allows me to be in the shape I want to be in, to be an example for my children, to look great for my wife, to set a standard and be a role model for those who follow me.⁣ ⁣ No, I don’t love waking up early and going to the gym everyday. But I love the way I feel when I’m done.⁣ ⁣ So on those days that I don’t want to go, I focus on the end result…⁣ ⁣ And that’s what you need to do to fix your relationship, to increase your revenue, to get the promotion & the raise, to start the company or scale that business you started.⁣ ⁣ You need discipline, you need the right habits, consistency, and when the going gets tough focus on the end result not the task at hand. ⁣ ⁣ Tag a friend who needs to see this message! 👇
