Dr. Lynette Nusbacher (birth name – Aryeh Judah Schoen Nusbacher) is a famous historian and military expert author who has a background in structured methods of analysis, devil’s advocacy, and red teaming.
She is a member of the Surrey Police Independent Advisory Group and the founder of Nusbacher Associates.
Nusbacher has also been the Head of the Strategic Horizons Unit in the UK Cabinet Office as well as a Senior Lecturer in War Studies. In addition, Dr. Lynette was part of the team that set up Britain’s National Security Council.

She has a brother named Jonas Maines.
Lynette received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History in 1988.
In 1994, Nusbacher went to the Royal Military College of Canada to earn a master’s degree in War Studies.
From 1998 to 1994, she worked for the University of Toronto as an administrator.
Later, she received her title of “Doctor” from the University of Oxford in British Modern History.
From 2003, she worked as a military history expert on the show Time Commanders that aired on BBC TV. Nusbacher worked there for about three years.
In 2010, she attended Cranfield University – Cranfield School of Management to learn the Defense Strategic Leadership Programme & Organizational Leadership.
From December 2008 to October 2010, she was the Head of the Strategic Horizons Unit.
From 2006 to 2012, Lynette taught as a visiting lecturer at the University of Reading for Strategy.
Additionally, she provided explanations and information on military operations and air defense strategies on the History Channel.
From 1999 to 2013, Nusbacher was a senior lecturer of war strategies at The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst – one of several military academies of the United Kingdom.
Since 2011, Lynette has been the owner of Nusbacher Associates, a management consultant company.

In 2000, she published a book titled – ”The Battle of Bannockburn 1314.” The book includes politics, military campaigns, and weapons used during the Scottish War.
On February 1, 2003, Lynette released her second book, named – ”War and Conflict (Face the Facts).”
Gender Reassignment Surgery
In 2007, Nusbacher went through a gender reassignment surgery, a type of surgery that is performed to transition persons with gender dysphoria to their desired gender.
The procedure includes an orchiectomy and penectomy, which are usually followed by a feminizing genitoplasty or a vaginoplasty.
In 2011 and 2012, Lynette was listed as one of the 100 most influential LGBT people in the UK by The Independent.

Dr Lynette Nusbacher got married to Melanie Bright in 1998. The two first met at Royal Military College. They were dating for about one year before getting married.
Also, in 1998, Melanie worked for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. From 2014 to 2018, she was a Marketing and Communications Director at Galliford Try Plc.
In the present day, Bright works as Corporate Communications Director at Ballymore. She has a master’s in War Studies from Royal Military College of Canada.
In 2010, Dr Lynette Nusbacher and Melanie Bright divorced in 2010 and are now living separate lives.
