While clothes shopping for her younger brother, she realized how good it would be able to provide this service to less fortunate children.
Her goal was to build a foundation that would provide children with the necessities they required for going back to school.
Isabela believed that this would make the children feel more confident and ultimately perform better at school.
Rangel stated that she had a burning desire to help the children within their community, and once she was introduced to Rachel Russell Saiger, her business partner, they immediately connected.

The two came together and created Style Saves.
Style Saves created an Amazon registry with food and essentials where anyone willing to help could purchase items for families in need.
Numerous people reached out to Isabela and Rachel, offering food and supplies through their organization to help those in need.
In 2020, Style Saves partnered with UPS to deliver packages of school supplies to children in need through the Style Saves back-to-school program.
These packages included clothing, shoes, uniforms, accessories, and stationery.

Isabela Rangel had returned to NYC from a photo shoot in LA and, although planning on staying in, was convinced to attend a party with a friend.
There she met her now husband, David Grutman.
The morning after the event, he called her to say that he had missed his flight and asked her to meet him for lunch.
By the following week, she flew to Miami to visit him.
The couple maintained a long-distance relationship from that moment, Isabela flew between New York and Miami for about a year.
In October 2015, Isabela and David visited a local art exhibit in Miami.
When they arrived, Isabela noticed the mural of her face with the words “Will You Marry Me?” along with two check boxes, one for “Yes” and the other for “No.”
David proposed to Isabela in front of the mural and had a can of spray paint ready for her to sign her response.
After her answer, 50 of their close friends came out of hiding to surprise her.
