He became nationally recognized following his high-profile wedding to his reality TV star wife, Christina Hall (née Haack). 

The Origin Story

Joshua Hall was born on September 19, 1980, and grew up in Austin, at Fort Hood Army base, alongside his two sisters, who were all raised by their parents.

His father moved around a lot because he was employed with the US Military; therefore, Hall lived in a few military towns during his youth.

He attended Quartz Hill High School and graduated in 1999.

He followed this up by furthering his education in post-secondary and attending Santa Monica College.

Worked As A Police Officer

According to People Magazine, Hall worked as a police officer for 16 years for the state of California.

He decided to retire from this career due to an injury that occurred during the line of duty.

The injury prevented him from doing his job efficiently, so he made the difficult decision to resign.

He chose a career in law enforcement because he wanted to spend the rest of his life helping others.

And, of course, what better way to accomplish this than to serve as a police officer? He was 21 years old when he first started his new career and took pride in helping people in dangerous and vulnerable situations.

Welcome New Career As A Realtor

When he resigned, he found himself searching for a new career, but one that satisfied his needs.

His career needed to allow him to help people with life situations and the one appealing thing that sprung to mind was to become a realtor.

Hall became a licensed realtor in the state of Texas and began selling immediately.

Between 2020 – 2021, he worked for Spyglass Realty in Austin, Texas.

During his time with the five-star realtor company, he specialized in buying and selling properties in the Austin and surrounding Hill Country area. 

Hall was living in Southern California during his time working as a police officer but made the move east to Austin because he missed his childhood home.

Joshua wanted to buy a home in Texas, and that is what ignited the move.

But there’s so much more to Hall than his resume. He comes from somewhat of a famous family.

He has two younger sisters, Stacie Adams (nee Hall) and Jessica Hall.

Many people remember Stacie as the antagonist bartender during seasons 5 and 6 of the hit American reality TV show, The Hills, starring Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag, Kristin Cavallari, and Brody Jenner.

And if you aren’t a fan of The Hills, you might remember her being filmed as the bridesmaid at Michael Shay and Scheana Shay’s wedding in 2014. Shay is a long-time alumni star in another hit reality TV show, Vanderpump Rules, and she filmed her wedding during an episode of season 14.

His sister Jessica, on the other hand, became famous for being a committed friend of Kendra Wilkinson, another major American reality TV star. 

Wife

To go deeper into his personal life, he is a two-time married man.

His first marriage was to Chelsea Baker. There is not a lot of information regarding this union other than they got married in August 2016.

The two lived together in Austin, where Hall worked as a realtor.

His guest list has a good number of celebrities in attendance, including his sister Jessica, who was also one of Chelsea’s bridesmaids. And, of course, she brought along with her Wilkinson, who was also close friends with Hall.

Their divorce was finalized in May 2021.

Second Marriage

In 2022, Joshua Hall married Christina Hall in a private ceremony. Christina was a co-star in HGTV’s show Flip or Flop alongside Tarek El Moussa.

She also ran the real-estate agency Tarek and Christina.

Since Joshua and Christina work in the real estate space, they met at many conferences prior to dating.

Christina was married during the time she ran into Hall, so nothing came of their interaction.

It was not until after her divorce was settled that she took a shot at a relationship with Hall.

The two began to go on dates, and from there, sparks were flying, and things really picked up.

In September 2021, the real estate couple got engaged during a trip to Mexico. They shared their happy news with fans via their respective social media accounts.

While Christina received mixed responses because she was fresh out of a previous marriage, she had a host of positive feedback from her fans.
