Speedy was born on June 12th, 1992, somewhere in Pennsylvania.
Little is known of his parents, but Speedy has fondly recalled playing checkers with his mother as a child.

In May 2016, Kyr Speedy started dating a girl named Sammi Hanratty. Sammi is an American actress who starred in the TV series ”Timeline” as Sara.
In 2007, Hanratty began her acting career portraying the young version of Charlotte “Chuck” Charles on the series Pushing Daisies. Moreover, she had a recurring role as Kassidi in Shameless.
They broke up in 2018.
