It is said that he won over twenty national championships, according to its official website.

A global heavyweight champion of the International Arm-Wrestling Super Series three times between 2008 and 2010, he won the championship in 2008, 2009, and 2010.

Marcio Barboza and Neil Pickup were two of his early opponents in the Arm Wars Superseries, and he beat them both.

The most difficult test of Todd’s career at the time occurred in 2016, when he faced the famous Denis Cyplenkov and fell 2-4.

He made an astonishing return in 2017 and went on to become WAL’s right-hand super heavyweight champion.

The following year, Todd fought Devon Larratt at WAL 406 and won the right-handed heavyweight championship.

Two heavyweight champions went head-to-head for seven minutes as Todd and Jerry Cadorette battled it out in a record-breaking arm-wrestling contest.

‘Big Daddy’ Cadorette, on the other hand, was able to defeat Todd in the end.

On May 28, 2021, Michael was invited to compete against his rival, Devon Larratt, at the King of the Table event in Dubai.

They both are competing for the right-hand heavyweight title, and the result of the match is 0-6, where Michael lost.

Todd was regarded as a powerful inside armwrestler before he suffered numerous fractures in his right arm.

As a result of repeated fractures in Todd’s arm, he developed the signature technique that has the arm-wrestling world outraged.

As a result of this, he was famed for doing a Dead Wrist Press by placing his hand in the straps of the gun.

To compensate for his inability to move his arm closer, Michael used a technique known as the King’s Move, which involves diving below the table.

Todd’s unorthodox arm-wrestling style, along with his endurance, makes it difficult for opponents to defeat him.

Below are all examples of such bouts.

2012 – Wounded Warriors Benefit (Richard Lupkes)

2017 – Arnold Classic (Dmitry Trubin)

2018 – WAL 406 (Devon Larratt)

Wife

“The Monster” Michael Todd met Rebecca, who is now his wife, while he was Rebecca’s fitness instructor back in 2011.

At the time, Rebecca was a nurse who had never been in better shape than she was at the time they met.

Rebecca is the love of Michael’s life, and arm wrestling is a regular part of life in their family.

She is also a 7-time National Woman’s Arm-wrestling Champion, and Ryan Morin is also a 7-time National Champion, Todd’s stepson.

Ryan, her kid, hadn’t ever exhibited any desire for physical fitness before he met Michael.

The decision to build muscle was made after Ryan’s friends began making jokes about his mother being “more buff” than him because of how much weight she dropped.
