What Is Kelley Earnhardt Miller’s Net Worth?
Kelley Earnhardt Miller is part owner and the vice-president of JR Motorsports and has a net worth of $60 million. She is the daughter of the legendary Dale Earnhardt.
She was born on August 28, 1972, in North Carolina, USA, as Kelley King Earnhardt.
Her parents are Dale Earnhardt and his second wife, Brenda Lorraine Jackson.
Dale Earnhardt won seven NASCAR championships. On February 18, 2001, he was killed in a three-car crash on the final lap of the race during the Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway.
“I was 27, so I’m thankful for more time, you know, with him, but it was still a tragic situation in the midst of my experience of life,” Kelly revealed in June 2021.
In April 2019, her mother died of cancer.
Kelley is the sister of Dale Earnhardt Jr. He has 26 victories in the NASCAR Cup Series races.
She also has a younger half-sister, Taylor Earnhardt-Putnam, and an elder half-brother, Kerry Earnhardt.
Kelley is the stepdaughter of Teresa Earnhardt and the aunt of Jeffrey Earnhardt.
Kelley’s parents divorced shortly after Dale Earnhardt Jr. was born. She and Dale lived together with their single mother until their home burned down when Kelley was 8.
“We were always looking for attention because our parents were always gone,” Kelley told ESPN in 2019.
After the fire claimed their home, the children went to live with Earnhardt, while Brenda moved back to Virginia.
“When I think back on my childhood, I think very fondly of my experiences with my mom,” she said in April 2020. “We would get in the car on Christmas Day with her; she would drive six hours we’d have Christmas with our dad and Theresa, which wasn’t all that great. We would just be at the door waiting for her to pick us up at five o’clock. She drives six hours from Norfolk, Virginia. We got in the car with her and drove six hours back. We would get home to her house at midnight, and we’d have Christmas, right at midnight.”
In 1995, she graduated from UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business.
After college, Kelley started to work at the souvenir sales company, Action Performance.
JR Motorsports
In 2006, she became the co-owner of JR Motorsports, along with her brother Dale and Rick Hendrick — founder of the Hendrick Automotive Group — the largest privately held automotive dealership group.
In 2007, she underwent surgery to remove what was thought to be benign tumors from her pancreas. The surgery took more than three hours, and it was a success.
In 2009, Kelley Earnhardt was named the third most powerful woman in NASCAR by ESPN.
In 2015, she was one of the Sports Business Journal’s Game Changers/Women in Sports Business. In the same year, Kelley was featured in the documentary – “I Am Dale Earnhardt.”
On April 7, 2020, Earnhardt released a book titled – “Drive: 9 Lessons to Win in Business and in Life.”
“I was very hesitant to write this book, talking in somewhat of a negative way about my father, who is a hero to so many people, right, and you don’t talk bad about heroes,” Earnhardt said in an interview with Belk College of Business. “But, I was reminded … I’m not talking negatively; it’s just my experience.”
Husband
Kelley Earnhardt’s first husband was Raymond Walter Holm Jr. They got married in 2001. The two divorced on an unspecified date.
Kelley Earnhardt Miller later married Jimmy Elledge.

So, how much is Kelley Earnhardt Miller worth? Kelley earned most of her wealth from serving as the vice president of the professional stock car racing team JR Motorsports, which she co-owns with Rick Hendrick and her brother, Dale. Therefore, Kelley Earnhardt Miller has an estimated net worth of $60 million.
“Owning a race team is not a profitable business,” Dale Jr. once said.
Kelley also managed her brother’s financial and promotional business when he was a driver.
Earnhardt’s wealth also increased with the release of her book, Drive: 9 Lessons to Win in Business and in Life, in 2020. “Many of the lessons I share are about the difficulties in business,” she said.
In July 2019, she was named to the Board of Directors of the agricultural company Brandt. “Like JR Motorsports, BRANDT is a family-owned company with a distinctive set of values and a clear vision for the future,” Kelley said.
