It featured guest appearances from Inigo Pascual, David Amber, Eill, Ikka, Shalmali Kholgade, Xiaofengfeng, and Xiaopanpan. They deliver songs in Mandarin, English, Hindi, Korean, Tagalog, and Japanese.
”I grew up listening to all kinds of music in different languages, which is why I love the fusion of sounds from various countries from around the world,” Wengie told Forbes about her debut EP.
”Collabs Vol. 1 (Int’l Ver.)” has five tracks that feature artists across the Asia-Pacific region. ”The whole reason why my first EP “collabs” exists is to spread love and awareness for Asia,” Wengie wrote on her Instagram in March 2021. ”Each track was created with a fellow Asian artist from parts of Asia I had love for.”

Wengie is engaged to YouTuber Maxmello.
He proposed to Wengie in August 2015 on a road trip to Yosemite national park.

The two first met while attending a school dance in 2000.
