Thomas DeLauer is an American YouTuber, successful businessman, and fitness trainer, who uploads nutrition and fitness videos to more than 2.41 million subscribers on his YouTube channel.
DeLauer was born on May 6, 1988, in the United States.
He went to study art history in Italy at the age of 12.
During that time, Thomas developed some unhealthy habits and became overweight. He actually reached 280 pounds. After he finished his studies, he had become a successful entrepreneur.
But, DeLauer realized that he needed to get back in shape. Later, Thomas spent a few months of training hard and lost about 100 pounds.

DeLauer went on to say:

The Science-Based Six Pack Program
After, Thomas created the Science-Based Six Pack Program.
The program is broken down into 3 phases.
Phase 1 – in this phase, you eat just during an eight-hour window of the day. The fasting is done three days per week.
Phase 2 – in this phase, the hours when you eat stays the same, but you fast for four days per week.
Phase 3 – in this phase, you eat during a six-hour window of the day. The fasting is done five days per week.
According to the program’s website, “The whole point of the Science-Based Six-Pack program is to open up a fasting window in which your body can target stored fat reserves instead of being busy digesting food all day long.”
DeLauer started his YouTube channel on November 28, 2009. The channel has over 2.41 million subscribers and more than 216 million views.
His expertise is in the area of a ketogenic lifestyle and fitness.
The most popular video on the channel is titled – ”How to do Intermittent Fasting: Complete Guide.” The video has more than 4 million views.

”I have been with my wife since high school.”
