On January 19, 2019, Adrien lost a fight against Manny Pacquiao by unanimous decision at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The judges scored the bout 116-112, 116-112, and 117-111 in favor of Pacquiao. Adrien connected in 50 of his 295 punches, while Pacquiao landed 112 of his 568 attempts.
